This book is effing amazing.  It pays all due respect to Austen, and still manages to be hilarious.  LOVE.

    Shop for a Cause...

...me!  What, you thought I'd say the puppies or the bats?  Please...they're already clothed!  Who's the naked one here anyway?!

My friend is getting married next September, and she's giving the bridesmaids free reign on dress choice (coolest.  bride.  ever.).  We don't even have to get our dress from a bridal store!!  Here are her parameters:

    • Sapphire blue
    • Knee length
    • Not too skanky
    • Different style for each girl (there are three of us)
    • Can be worn with a cardigan if the weather gets cool

So far, I'm in love with this dress (which will look way shorter on me than on a seven foot model), but I know we'd all like some more ideas.  Here's where you come in!  If you just so happen to be bored today or tomorrow, search your favorite online store and leave a link to your finds in the comments below.  I'm looking to spend $100-200, though of course, less expensive will be nice (as long as the dress still looks well-made).

Obviously, you don't have to participate in this little endeavor...I just know many of you rock some awesome fashion and would love to hear your ideas!  Thanks!

I've been in 100's of weddings since I was a wee kid, and BY FAR letting the bridesmaids pick their own dresses has always turned out to be the best weddings ever.

add one more rule... dont out do the bride with looking too fabulous in your self picked dress.
It should be an unwritten rule, but you'd be surprised, there is always one girl who does it, maybe unknowningly, maybe not.

    Have a great time!

    That dress is smokin!

I kinda plan to do the same with my bridesmaids... now I just need to find the man!
